The undersigned, as the owner(s) of property in the Coral Cay Resort, and as a member of the Coral Cay Resort Homeowners’ Association entitled to vote, hereby authorizes that the special meeting be canceled on January 10th 2013 and all steps to covert Coral Cay property to an exclusive Short term rental be stopped effective immediately, until further notice. A general body meeting on a TBD date be convened where next steps would be proposed and discussed.
