The council confirmed that Copsewood Grange and Copsewood Lodge are officially protected. I am truly stunned by the outcome and know this belongs entirely to the 309 people who stood with me. We will keep a close eye on the site to ensure these buildings remain safe for the future.

We call upon Coventry City Council to use all its available powers to:-
1) secure and preserve the two locally listed buildings at New Century Park known as Copsewood Grange and Copsewood Lodge, and
2) maintain the existing condition of planning permission that requires retention of Copsewood Grange and Copsewood Lodge

I am honestly overwhelmed by how many people care about saving the Grange. Before we hit two hundred and fifty signatures, could you please take a moment to send this link to a neighbor who might want to help keep the pressure on the council?

I am honestly overwhelmed by the momentum behind this because it was never my intention to lead something that grew this large. Seeing so many people care about our local history shows that this truly belongs to all of you who stepped up to protect these buildings.

I honestly never thought we would reach one hundred signatures when I started this. It is quite overwhelming to see so many of you care about the Grange and the Lodge as much as I do. This is your achievement and I am just happy to play a part in it.

Although planning permission was given to develop the site including these buildings, they have been completely omitted from the developers site plan. Why? They used the plans as a tool to build the houses with no real plans to re-develop these buildings? Why no progress on these and yet many many other houses are being built from the ground up? We need answers please.
These buildings are a huge part of our local history. Its shameful to watch them being neglected like this while everything around them is new build.
FIX THE ROOF. KEEP THEM STANDING. COVENTRY HAD ENOUGH GONE ALREADY.
lived near here for years and its sad to see the state of the Grange now. council need to grow a backbone and hold the developers to their word.
Ridiculous that they get away with this. Just leave them to rot until they fall down then build more houses. Stop the rot now.

Please preserve these - Coventry saw enough damage and destruction to its history and architecture between 1939-1945.
