Not right. Plain and simple. Fix it now.
This is very unfair to us. My contract was never supposed to change like this without us sitting down and talking about it first.
Exactly what I was thinking. Nobody asked if we were happy with these terms.
I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THESE SUDDEN CHANGES. TOTAL DISRESPECT TO ALL OF US.
We need the CCMA involved immediately. Too much going on behind our backs.

Ridiculous that they think they can just do this to our pay. Need to stand together on this one.
