To Walnut Mountain Property Owners:

In accordance with the Article III, Section 3 of the Walnut Mountain Conditions and Covenants and Restrictions (see below) the undersigned property owners, all being in good standing, hereby petition to remove Caroline Porsiel from the Walnut Mountain Board of Directors.


Article III.

Board of Directors

Section 3. Removal of Members of the Board of Directors.

At any valid regular or special Association meeting, any one or more Board members may be removed with or without cause by a Majority of the Association members and a successor may then and there be elected to fill the vacancy created.


NOTE: Please include all eligible Lot numbers in the Comments area.
