We, the undersigned, do hereby request and petition the government of Wilkes County, by and through its elected Board of Commissioners, to establish for the citizens of Wilkes County a user friendly means by which the general public can have on-line access from their own personal computers to the map and parcel numbers of all real property in Wilkes County, Georgia, the tax assessor\'s mapping system, the name and mailing address of each parcel owner, the address of the property, and the assessed value of the property.
