We, the undersigned residents and visitors of Goshen Township, hereby support the efforts of:
Judge Thomas Herman, Clermont County Ct. of Common Pleas;
the Goshen Township Trustees;
the Ohio EPA;
and, the Clermont County Board of Health;
in their dealing with the “Combs” facility on Ohio St. Rt. 28. Not only is the facility a nuisance and a horrific eyesore, impacting business and residential growth, site debris risks area wide soil, air and water contamination. The environmental situation is out of control and we encourage all agencies to act forcibly and aggressively to clean up this site by all available means.
