The Collier County residents serviced by Orangetree Utility are asking the Collier County Commissioners to immediately finalize the takeover of water utility services from Orangetree Utility without any further delay.
This would be the best thing, especially to get rid of Kim!!! She is the rudest person I've ever had to deal w in customer service!!! Good riddance to her & Orangetree Utility!!

This publix needs to be opened and collier county needs to take action over the water issue. Our community of estates residents have been waiting on this publix for a long time now. It not opening because of a water issue with a private company is unexceptable. Time for Change!

I don't understand why our elected Commissioners have delayed this process for so long and allowed one man to hold our wonderful neighborhood hostage. I have started to review campaign contribution records on file with to see if that might be why they have allowed Roberto Bolt to continue, stay tuned.

17 years living in the Estates. Finally, a much needed Publix has been built here. Please CC over throw Orange Tree Utility. How could 3 public schools open out here along with all the developments and now a Publix is being held up! This is not fair!

We have been held hostage by Orange Tree Utility for too long! Enough is enough! It's time for both parties to agree and settle. Honor the terms of your contract Mr. Bolt. Someone mentioned putting all of our water payments in escrow? Is this an option? A legal way to pressure him without having our water turned off?
