We tired of having not having good water pressure especially on Sundays. The quality of the water is terrible.

Management is terrible, water is purple without expensive water filter system, and as far as possibly having to pay for hookup Beazer homes assured us that would not happen when we purchased the home as we were already hooked up which was included in the cost of building a new home. Why should we have to pay for hookup twice? Publix has served the Naples Community well for years and do not deserve this hassle. I'm sure they will think twice before ever opening another new store in this town. The contract says take over at no cost to the county. Since when do companies not have to abide by a contract. Get some balls and show everybody that does business with the county that a contract is a contract. Don't expect the homeowners to pay for your lack of enforcement of contracts.

We have been waiting long enough ! We need this grocery ! (And a real gas station and several DECENT restaurants ). There are so many of us out here . We need the same amenities as the townies. Maybe even more. We semi-rural and rural folks have even more needs as we move here top keep animals. Where is our Petsmart ? The new one near the freeway ? That is still TOWN. Why are we the last man on the totem pole , always? Please , get this done ....NOW !
