I have been meeting with local officials to discuss potential sites for the skatepark. Send an email to your local council member today to demand they prioritize this space for our youth. Keep sending your photos of the empty lots where we could build this.

totaly agree. the amount of kids i see trying to skate on the pavement is crazy. it's dangerous for them and for the pedestrians.
build it
Great idea. lets get the youth active and into a proper space for once. coatbridge is well overdue for this.
been waiting on this for years. my boy is always skating on the street and i worry about him getting hit by a car. get it built!
ABOUT TIME. tired of driving through to glasgow just to use a decent park.

Coatbridge needs more for the young ones to do instead of just hanging around the shops. it keeps them active and out of trouble.
