Jeff Jones thinks he can ignore the absolute nightmare he has created for our neighbors but the stories flooding my inbox prove otherwise. I am currently compiling a list of every single code violation and predatory tactic reported here to hand over to the housing board myself. Pendragon Properties is not going to get away with this greed while people live in squalor.

The momentum behind this push to strip Pendragon Properties of their power is undeniable. Jeff Jones can no longer ignore the collective demand that he be pushed out of our community for good.

I have black mold, didn’t have ac for 3 weeks or hot water. He tried to evict us for absolutely no reason. My boyfriends gotten sick for working for him then Rita refuses to take that off of our rent when I mentioned it to her. He’s making us pay 2400$ for absolutely no reason? Our back door doesn’t lock at all. My fridge doesn’t work. My smoke detector is outdated and needs replaced both of my toilets get clogged every time you use it. I have water damage on my LIGHT SWITCHES in my bathroom and my toilet literally leaks every time you sit back.
Worked there for a week- was so appalled at what I saw and how this place worked that I couldn't stand to be there for another minute. Beyond slum lord! Unethical, racist, sexist, false advertisement- I've seen all of this with my own eyes. I don't know how he has been able to continue doing this to our community?!??!
I rented from him years ago. I requested repairs that still weren't done a year later!! He raised my rent while doing nothing to improve the property. Then kept my deposit for all of the things that were HIS responsibility to fix in the first place and never did!
I moved in with mold, urine inside the oven, broken appliances, filthy carpets, and mice. I moved out with trauma and a BBB report. The actions of this company are inexcusable.
Refused to rent to me bc we were living off of disability! Told me that disability wasnt a stable source of income...so my children and I were homeless for dsome bit of time
He has lied manipulated to me my family and many friends never cares about anything except his own self and money.
many people have been affected by this mans neglect! shut him down before he can cause issue for anyone else! hold this man accountable!

Jeff Jones is the slummiest of all slumlords. Rents out houses that should be condemned, and even some apartments that are in horrible shape. He needs to be held accountable for the many people he has made sick due to the mold infestation. A child even died due to his negligence of a property. Why is he still allowed to rent to people?!
