Over the past 6 months, Kevin and I have built a concept to disrupt the traditional real estate rental market. We intend to do this by removing the need for a broker, drastically reducing the fees associated with the move in process, and incentivizing the current tenant for using our platform.... but we need your help. The feedback regarding current rental frustrations has been both consistent and illuminating. We are currently utilizing these insights to refine our outreach strategy for property owners. Direct discussions are underway to ensure our alternative model receives the serious consideration it deserves.

The momentum behind this project has surpassed our initial expectations. This level of interest confirms that the current rental market is ripe for reform. We are now preparing to present this groundswell of support to potential property partners.

My last apartment search made me want to cry. I literally got ghosted by brokers twice after paying application fees. Hope this works!
This is a much needed innovation in the space. How does this not already exist?!

Living in NYC has been a nightmare because of these broker fees. Literally paying a month of rent for someone to unlock a door. So over it.
