I am honestly stunned by how many of you have come forward to share your own experiences with this place. This momentum belongs entirely to the people who took the time to speak up when they were tired of being ignored.

This post office is bad. They are very rude in here. I even seen them yell at the elderly
had 2 incidents there with 2 different employees...one 2 yrs ago and the other one this past Saturday and the supervisor/manager didn't do anything; just send the first one to lunch! What they have there is a circus those employees run the show and make it uncomfortable/impossible to go there. You have to have your gloves on every time you walk in there! I really wish they do a complete cleaning and replace ALL the employees for ones with better costumer service and respect or better yet! Close it down. That post office is no good for our neighborhood! Why have a post office that everybody in the neighborhood avoids going!

They need to show more joy, kindness, and courtesy. We are all participants in the choreography of society; if one person is not moving correctly, energetically, kindly, and joyfully, it screws things up for everyone else.

I have been spoken to and threatened by the same two women here for asking simple questions like "do I use this envelope" they shouldn't have their jobs.
