Washington Square Shopping Center is a blight to the community. Their management offices are a stark reminder of the way their entire property is managed--tagging, trash always at the base of the gate, and those donation boxes are magnets for illegal dumping. The reception center on 10th and all the litter in the parking lot is an embarrassment! Why don't they care about the community? Because the community isn't being loud enough to tell them to step up.
