Please respect our community, by keeping your place of buisness clean, and crime free. If the place was maintained better, we may get better buisnesses, due to patrons not being afraid, or disgusted to spend time, and money here.

I think it's a great idea for people to take money from their customers in the neighborhood, also treat the neighborhood with respect. Creating a blighted environment is not respectful. Just saying.

The entire shopping center is a filthy, disgusting eyesore! I avoid spending any money there, and I shop where store owners and management care about being a good neighbor and respectful of the community.

The shopping center is always filthy and there is always trash and illegal dumping. The recycling center is not kept clean, and the 'clothing donation bins' are always overflowing

I recently purchased a home in the beautiful neighborhood of Jefferson Park. I needed to run an errand to my local USPS and there is one at this shopping center. When I pulled into the shopping center lot I was shocked with horror! It is disgustingly filthy, run down, trash fillled, unsanitary, and dilapidated! That was the first and last time I will ever go there! I am angered that the city of Los Angeles allows the management to get away with the current state of decayand filth this place displays! This shopping center should be torn down and replaced with something the community can be proud of but until that happens I hope the city fines this place into compliance or until the current owners sell or shut down. Thank you in advance for helping us keep our community respectable!

If gentrification means helping the neighborhood I love look better , then I'm all for it!
We now need a petition to help the mini malls on the corners of Crenshaw and Washington and Crenshaw and Venice! They are eyesores and deplorable looking places!

I shop at this center frequently - particularly the market and the post office - because it's a couple blocks from my house, but the exterior (parking lot, recycling center, tree wells) is not maintained and is a health and safety hazard.

This property does not seem to be monitored or kept clean. The parking lot is not well marked and the parking spaces are too close together. It's all a mess!

I have been frustrated with this shopping center being an eye sore! The owners are overseas and the onsite manager does not care and has given up. They even have grafitti surrounding their office that never seems to be cleaned up. The litter laying around the entire bloc on 10th is shameful. They refuse to stay on top of the problems and constantly make excuses rather than cleaning. The litter and illegal dumping pours in to the community and signals "we don't care".
Well the neighbors like myself do care. The time for them ignoring the community's efforts to get them to be responsible is over. Action is needed that sends a message that they need to take responsbility.

The constant garbage on the sidewalk combined with spilled old beer from the recycling center, plus, no one obeys the stop signs... trashing the community.

i did a trash cleanup on streets surrounding this center and not a week later they were trashed again. management, owners, and store fronts need to take some responsibility! it's embarrassing for our community, disgusting, and the cleaner it gets, the cleaner the surrounding neighborhood will be.

I've lived in this neighborhood for over 12 years - only a block away on Bronson - and this shopping center is pathetic and disgusting. It's an eyesore and dangerous, and brings the whole community down. I completely support efforts to penalize the current management for negkect, and I would wholeheartefly support a new development to revitalize this property. Please let me know how I can help.

I live in the West Adams Avenues in the 90018 zip code. I have 2 children and I do not like taking them there because of the trash, which is a shame because I would like to shop in my community. What are we teaching our children & our neighbors by allowing the trash, tagging & illegal dumping? We are teaching them that we do not value our community. To the management company - please do your duty and keep the shopping center clean! To Herb Wesson's office, please hold the management company accountable! Our community deserves it. Thank you.
