We the parents of Rowley Hall Primary school and local Rowley Regis residents are demanding that something must be done to clean up the DAILY DOG FAECES LITTERING THE STREETS OF ROWLEY REGIS. This has been an issue for a long time now and is totally unacceptable Our children, parents, residents are having to walk through some disgusting streets when basically there is absolutley no need for it .
