Hi I'm Ellie and I'm nine and I believe this borough is going downhill and needs somebody to do something about it,the people of Harrow need to get together to get the council to clean up the town. Ban leaving dog poo lying on the street, spitting in the street and littering. These days there are rat infestations and we are living in a harmful environment. Do you want our younger generations growing up in this type of place or do you want to take action now? There are over 100 million germs in spit and can spread disease, it's also just plain disgusting. If somebody came in and spat in your own house what would you say? I would feel disrespected. If you would feel the same, why would somebody do it in the street, we live in the same place so why don't some people pay it respect. Dog poo can cause toxoplasmosis and is a very vile thing to look at and is making our streets look horrible and so is littering,I find it strange how people can't wait to get to the next bin, and just dump litter anywhere they like.We need to collect as many signatures as we can, so you can help change the fate of Harrow.
