The key function of this petition is to try and pursuade DBS that their making a big mistake by taking a handful of class 90 locomotives off sleeper duties, only to be exported to Romania as well as an unknown quantity of DBS 90s currently in store. The critical issue at the moment is the small window of opportunity that is open at the moment to try and pursuade DBS that their making a big mistake by taking a fleet of versatile electric locomotives and exporting them to Romania.
