The eighth grade Block 3 of social studies class is currently doing Generation Citizen, we found out that the Linden STEAM Academy is the only middle school in Malden without a foreign language class. Without knowing an extra language it is going to be harder for us in high school and in the future. Knowing a foreign language before high school can benefit us in many ways but mostly improving performances in other academic areas, improves our memory we would have an advantage because colleges and high schools requires to take different languages for the school year. We need support from people because in the future people should have more classes, such as languages and many more activities. A lot of the other schools have different language classes so they get a head start for high schools and most students don’t know more than 1-2 languages. We need your signatures to support us to achieve our goal. The eighth grade will really appreciate if you would sign this so we can succeed we can’t do it without your help.
