Final supporters
Great things are potentially about to significantly improve the City of Pelham. Included are additional first class apartments, world class recreational facilities, additional parking in the downtown area, and rehabilitation of existing homes.
This is a process that requires the City of Pelham to develop an Urban Redevelopment Plan and a Revitalization Plan Strategy. Development of these plans has already started. If successful, implementation of the revitalization of Pelham could begin as early as the spring of 2017.

The path toward this goal has been exhausting and progress is slow but I refuse to stop now. We are nearing a hundred signatures which will force the city to finally acknowledge our demands. Please push this out to your neighbors so we can cross that line and force their hand.

I would definitely suggest opening up more businesses along Highway 19, as well as the Downtown area. What is our hook? What sets us apart from every other town and makes us 'A Special Place'? Also, the arts are always a great way to bring people into town and boost the local economy.
Pelham is such a great, close knit community that deserves to have some care put back into the town. Pelham will continue to decline and fade out if something is not done. It has so much potential, but it needs work!
If Pelham is going to be a viable town into the 21st century the focus of the town is going to have to move out to US19. There are millions of potential dollars cruising by every day and we're getting none of it. I appreciate the desire to revitalize downtown but we have to embrace the realities of today.
Anything to improve pelham and bring more people is definitely worth supporting. I hope this includes repaving the roads all through town because they are in desperate need of it.
I am all for this as long as my property taxes don't go up. I'm already paying more than I did in Atlanta.
I'm all for making Pelham as great as we all know it could be!
I think that it is time for a change in pelham and it is really needed.

If Pelham could bring more jobs to the area, have more for children and adults to do as family recreation that would be awesome! This is a small community and I moved here back in 2012 I love it here don't get me wrong. Just not a lot to do for family outings, and certainly no job market here either.
