We hit one hundred signatures today and while the road ahead feels long I appreciate those who took the time to sign. This work is exhausting but seeing that number climb gives me enough resolve to keep moving forward.

Reaching this level of support has been a long road and my eyes are tired from staring at the screen for weeks. People are終於 finally paying attention to what a revitalized downtown could mean for our city. It is exhausting to keep pushing against the opposition but this momentum proves we are not fighting alone.

The path forward is grueling and the response from the city has been stagnant. We are nearing one thousand signatures and I need you to push this further so they cannot ignore us any longer.

What a great opportunity for Amarillo to grow and improve the quality of life in the city. With very little cost to the tax payer. The Hotel is a great contribution to the city using investor funds. The MPEV makes the Parking garage and hotel work.
This is so important for the city! Born and raised in Amarillo but currently residing in Dallas, I would LOVE to see this project move forward. If I ever have hopes of raising a family in my hometown, I feel like this is one of the necessary steps the city needs to take.
I've been to Albuquerque and San Antonio recently and their downtown areas are amazing and bring in a lot of revenue for the city... please set up a plan to develop our downtown area to provide a destination instead of a stop for the people in the Panhandle!
Why wouldn't we want to better our city? As a 32 year old young dad, I am proud to have been raised in this great city since birth. I too want to make this an even better city and believe that an MPEV would make a great addition and help continue to revitalize downtown.
I grew up in the city of Amarillo and live in one of the fastest, growing cities in Texas--Frisco. If Frisco can do it, Amarillo can! It saddens me to come home periodically and see a town that has not changed since graduating from high school (almost 20+ years).

Amarillo needs to prove to developers, investors, and citizens that it is a reliable participant in important projects and economic development. Backing out now will mark us as an unreliable place to develop and do business.
