Following years of negligence to an unacceptable degree by WMart in Burj Daman, the residents are rightfully demanding a change in management and franchise. We no longer want WMart in this building for the following reasons and more: Stocking expired items, bad customer service, rotten fruit and vegetables, frequent bug infestations in products, low health and safety standards, inconsistent pricing, issues with receipts, refusing refunds that customers have the right to, delivering smaller sized items at the same price via instashop, petty scams, and reluctancy to cooperate with customers or fix any of the issues aforementioned above.

The management at WMart continues to ignore our complaints about expired goods and basic health standards. Email the building management office right now to demand they terminate the lease for this franchise. We need to keep the pressure on until they feel the heat of our collective refusal to accept this standard of service.

Bought cheese that was mouldy , asked for a refund then I watched them put it back in the fridge to sell again! Their prices are 2x other stores
Got mouldy cheese from WMart, when we returned it they placed it back into the fridge!
Prices always wrong, they always charge more. Quality is terrible. Poor hygiene.
I agree with the petition. Food is often off and not a good quality. Ice and ice cream is melted and refrozen.
Currently no health and safety adherence. Often find rotten fruit and vegetables. When asked to remove all contacted fruits and vegetables (as if one fruit is molded, it has contaminated the rest), only the molded ones are removed. This store is not a service that adds value to the residents' experience.

I had many bad experience with the supermarket: cokerages in a pack of water, spoiled dates with tiny insects, expired products. I don't go there anymore for now two years at least. And I have informed my visitors to do the same.
