The majority of residents of the North-West Quadrant of Lafayette Square have lost motor vehicle access to Park Avenue and Lafayette Park. Access from streets north of Park Avenue is now limited to alleys, a 0.75 mile detour or through two left turns into Jefferson Street - a very dangerous route.
We request that the City of St. Louis to either reverse the one-way from S-N to N-S, or to remove the one-way redirection altogether.
This change has brought loss of access to Park Avenue and Lafayette Park to a great number of residents, lowered property values in the North-West Quadrant, and resulted in general acrimony.

This whole thing is a disaster. I have to drive an extra 10 minutes just to get to my own driveway now. Change it back already!!
