In India if pillion Rider is at fault fine has to be paid by the driver/Rider. In case of cars if person sitting beside driver is not wearing seat belt fine should be imposed on that person & same in case of two wheelers if pillion in not wearing helmet fine should be imposed on him. In some conditions it should not be aplicable like if pillion is not an adult.Lets join hands together and let driver not always suffer.
