This is a Demand to Govt. of Assam to introduce online Payment of fine and tax of motor vehicle to transport department of GOA. As of now one has to spend long time in depositing fine at DTO office which is none other than harrassment and wastage of time. Introducing online payment will save huge amount of time for both the party. It is highly advisable to introduce online payment portal for public otherwise whole idea of Digital India won't be achieved.

Online payment should be made also at the PUC Testing Centres including at the DTOs so as to ensure seamless transfer of the dues the citizens transfer to the Govt treasury.
All monetary transactions to the extent possible must be provided with online facilities....it will not only ease the business but also bring better accountability...
To do away with scope for corruption by Gov personnel and for ease of citizens, online payment is necessary. Please do it fast. Make digital india a success story. Thanks
Kindly grant opportunities of payments of late fines of pollution certificate, non renewal of D/L & R/C before expiry date through mobile app or through online payment system.
In other states all dues and fines are collected online. The Gov. App Mparibahan also directs to pay online. But Assam is always lahe lahe. Honourable CM , are you aware?

Online payment needto be accepted. Else POS machine on the spot of checking through authorised representative of Finance department.
