His request was totally inappropriate and he needs to go. Duke Ellington is already a great school, and one can already ask how the Chancellor's child got in there. But even it apparently was not good enough. Every child in DC deserves to go the best school that "fits his or her needs." Why does this end up being reserved only for the well connected?

No one is above the law. The rules of DC government apply to ALL of us. Including you, Chancellor.
No confidence from parents and taxpayers, using the office for personal gain is disgusting. Not seeing baseline attendance issues at the start, really? Was he in on the push children up and out with no education to gain fake graduation stats, probably.
if he finds himself in another tight spot, do we think he will act with honesty and integrity? absolutely not.
How can he hold our kids accountable for violating DCPS Policy when he is violating them as well. He needs to GO!!

Concerned when he showed up at the press conference for the release of the investigative report and said he hadn't read it. UNACCEPTABLE.
