Jason Adkins has abused the trust of those who elected him and we are asking for his resignation. Jason Adkins has ripped the heart and soul out of three of our communities , Jason Adkins has purposely been deceitful about having knowledge of inexcusable maintenance issues in our schools, Jason Adkins has abused his position to fleece the taxpayers of Walker County by having us unwittingly finance lavish family vacations, Jason Adkins is currently facing multiple ethics charges, and Jason Adkins has purposefully diverted funds that should have been used elsewhere to the school that he attended, that he was Principal of, and that his children attend to build an unnecessary sports facility. These funds should have been used to fix the MULTIPLE school building problems in the district. Jason Adkins has used his position as his personal playground, he has directed multiple "pork barrel" projects to his home town school at the expense of the rest of the schools, he doesn't return phone calls, and he has been caught lying multiple times. Enough is enough! Jason Adkins should resign.

I am a student who will graduate from Carbon Hill High School in 2021, and I whole-heartedly agree with this decision.
Dora High is such as mess on the inside it should be condemned because it is not suitable nor safe for the staff or students. Sad sad sad !!!
Jason Adkins blocked HANDICAP ACCESS TO CORDOVA HIGH SCHOOL WHILE PRINCIPLE on a daily routine by parking in the access through the curb flower bed that's unethical much less the stealing of our money ...
You favor Cordova high school. Not one system is better than the other. We have schools falling apart. You build a million dollar indoor practice facility!
He vacations on our dime and neglects fundamental needs of the district. How has he not been fired?
Uses poor decision making skills and heeds the words of fools. Allows his own staff to "witch hunt" while they themselves are guilty of the same allegations they search for. Not a talented leader in my book.
Another elected official who believes that he is above the law.

When my son went to west jasper. He had a problem with his bus driver of yellow dot. Jason said he could just walk to school. He was a jerk. Had many problems and called in and nothing was ever done .
