The management just confirmed they are withdrawing the rent increase and finally addressing our water issues. I am honestly stunned at this outcome because it really belongs to all of you who stood by this community. We will keep watching to ensure these changes stay in place.
The tenants of Fairview Mobile Estates are fighting against yet another rent increase. Our community has had to deal with constantly living without water, no security, insensitive management, and many other issues. We will no longer accept being taken advantage of and we need your help to do it! Please share this petition with everyone you know so that we have a better chance of our voices being heard!
I am honestly overwhelmed by how many people have joined this cause. This growth is entirely because of your belief in our community and I am just so humbled to see us moving forward together.

This is atrocious!!!!! 2 massive storms and over a month with out water (all they needed to do was get a generator to run the well) but yet expect September's rent to be paid when the park was 100% uninhabitable. I have had enough of the lies out of Dana's face. But she will swear on a stack of Bibles that she does not lie. I call BS on that one

My daughter lives there in the park. And I find this ridiculous. Sugarloaf is a much better park with security, a pool and better appearance for the prices. This place is horrible managed and very unsecured

This park is a joke. They want us to pay more and we keep getting less and less. They are moving trailers in with extensive damage yet expect tenants to have there homes repaired. They have no cleaned up any debris from the hurricane and don't even get me started on the water issues.

We can’t afford and increase in our rent , we have people still not back to work. We are trying our best to get out homes repaired. We are forever having problems with the water around here. We either have to boil our water or go buy some, we can’t afford to continue to go buy it. We already had a $100.00 increase which was ridiculous. We have gone through 2 hurricanes and a ice storm. Can y’all have any compassion for us while we try to get our lives back together.

I continued to pay my rent after the hurricanes hit us. I struggled to pay it then and I definitely can’t afford another increase. I’m on a fixed income and barely get by as it is!

Former resident of Fairview North. Management has never tried to improve the quality of living in the park but had continuously tried to enforce new rules with fines. They never considered what residents were dealing with while having to maintain management’s unrealistic standards and fees.

I can’t afford the increase in rent due to the pandemic and my job. I’ve moved here right after the hurricane and this place is a mess. I had to clean this lot up from other tenants debris, the water situation is horrible, we have no street lights, and there’s ruts and holes in my lot which holds a lot of water. I believe everyone in this park has the same issues as we all come together and ask for help to not raise rent because these are hard times. Our economy is declining and soon our job will be at risk. Help Give us the opportunity to recover and at a later date-as a community-discuss any future development/amenities add on we all can agree on.
