This is atrocious!!!!! 2 massive storms and over a month with out water (all they needed to do was get a generator to run the well) but yet expect September's rent to be paid when the park was 100% uninhabitable. I have had enough of the lies out of Dana's face. But she will swear on a stack of Bibles that she does not lie. I call BS on that one

I can’t afford the increase in rent due to the pandemic and my job. I’ve moved here right after the hurricane and this place is a mess. I had to clean this lot up from other tenants debris, the water situation is horrible, we have no street lights, and there’s ruts and holes in my lot which holds a lot of water. I believe everyone in this park has the same issues as we all come together and ask for help to not raise rent because these are hard times. Our economy is declining and soon our job will be at risk. Help Give us the opportunity to recover and at a later date-as a community-discuss any future development/amenities add on we all can agree on.

My daughter lives there in the park. And I find this ridiculous. Sugarloaf is a much better park with security, a pool and better appearance for the prices. This place is horrible managed and very unsecured

Why should we pay more the water in the park is never clear or they cutting it off 2 or 3 times with in a week without notice after my trucks got broken into I asked Dana about putting cameras around the park she said she would see about it. And nothing ever became of that neither. And now we still trying to get our homes fixed after 2 hurricanes and an ice store which we had no water for up 4 days. Then they trying to fine people when we can't get it fixed by the deadline they give us they need to understand it's hard to get materials and contractor. But yet they want to go up on the rent maybe they need to check with the mayor's office first and to fine people is just plan crazy

New Mgmt. company came in raising the lot rent by $100 without making any improvements and closed the family play area that was there. Our rent is paid timely. Yard, MH and trash is kept up within their requirements. However, it remains a guessing game on when they will pick up trash.
The new ofc guy was never helpful, very rude and insulting. A complaint was filed with Dana who stated she would pass it on to corporate. NO ONE followed up with us. I contacted corporate myself several times only able to leave a message.
The street lights being out even prior to the hurricanes hitting, still aren't fixed.
Continuously the water is a visible shade of brown. Unhealthy is an understatement. It stains the laundry, the toilet, tub ,and shower constantly appears with a very hard stain that appears they haven't been cleaned in years. Not to mention the water seems to be off with little advance or no notice.
Yes everyone could just move. But after all Lake Charles has been through so much.. One would think a company from New Jersey would do their part to maintain favorable living conditions and not just threaten with rent increases.
Additionally it's a waiting process for the area to get repairs done as well as supplies. To penalize the residents with $50 every 2 weeks until their MH is fully repaired is extreme, especially when the main office was just completed.
2 severe hurricanes, bad ice storm...and we are still in the middle of a pandemic. Asking to improve the living conditions in the park without increasing the rent AGAIN, and those speaking up not being harassed or evicted .. seems more than reasonable.
