The residents of Castle Gate request an urgent meeting with the Mawer and Delport by no later than Monday 11/04/2022 to address the following:
1. The appointment of a new board of trustees as the meeting that was held between Mawer and Delport and the residents in October 2021.
2. Interim financial statement from August 2021 to date.
3. Security Concerns - 2 personnel on duty at any given time. CCTV cameras, electric fence , intercom.
4. Pets that are roaming the complex unattended to
5. Complaints that are lodged with the current board o trustees that remain unaddressed.
6. Maintenance persons that are sent out to attend without notification to residents
7. Paving that is not getting cleaned.

The security situation is a joke. I dont feel safe here anymore with only 2 people on duty and the fence is always broken. Need answers now.
