As a hired worker we have the right to know how much we expect to be paid when we work at an account.
We all are here because we don't want to have a guessing game on how much our check will be and also as management you must be getting aggravated on the repetition of same questions regarding the pay rate.
We are requesting hourly rates to ALL Carcierge accounts under the management of Rob Gaydos in writing/paper form from owner of Carcierge Anthony Fonti.

The feedback I have received from many of you confirms that the current ambiguity surrounding our pay rates is an ongoing concern. I am currently organizing the documentation to present our request formally to management. Clarity in our compensation remains the primary focus of this initiative.

About time. None of us should have to ask multiple times just to get a straight answer on what we are owed for the shift.
This is basic stuff. Put the rates on the pay stub and stop making it complicated.
