This response is for the drivers who believe that we driver’s should continue to keep being paid hourly and not by delivery. I agree! I doubt they are doing this for the drivers. I believe this is just a way for the company to save money. They don’t care about the drivers!
I do prefer being paid on hourly than depending on delivery bases. These days the tips is little in such away that if u deliver like 10 orders u won't go past $40 and that sucks.

As a previous driver for Bite Squad along as a “current “ driver for door dash, grub hub, and Postmates, what got me excited about Bite Squad was as the hourly pay. Drivers need that guarantee due to gas prices, maintenance on the car, and obviously other expenses.
