Although our members do the same job, they are being paid by different pay-rates because of being in different faculties!! In the current bargaining process, Concordia is insisting on maintaining the existing disparity in the payrates!!!!
We, the undersigned, demand that Concordia University respects the value of TAs ans RAs profession! We, the undersigned, demand same pay-rate for the same job and no cut on the current pay-rates!

Fix this pay gap now. No reason for this disparity to exist in 2017.
Same work same pay. It is not that complicated Concordia!!
Ridiculous that they think they can pay people different amounts for the exact same work. Pay everyone equal!
Total incompetence from the administration. Stop treating staff like second class citizens
Give us a fair contract finally. Fed up with the excuses.

As a TA this is so frustrating to deal with every semester. We are doing the same hours and responsibilities but getting totally different paychecks.
Fix this pay gap now. No reason for this disparity to exist in 2017.
