By signing this petition, The Residents and Homeowners of The Canoe Club (TCC) subdivision in Fayetteville, GA do hereby petition the HOA Board of TCC to permit The Local Bubble, LLC, owners and operators of Peachtree City Farmers Market and the Fayetteville Farmers Market to grant a special variance to the Covenants and Restrictions in order to permit the organizing and operating of an onsite Canoe Club Farmers Market. The Market would operate on the Lawn area across from the Clubhouse, and would feature locally grown fruits and vegetables, pastured meats, dairy and eggs as well as various locally made Artisan Foods.
