The pool is very cold and unusable at its current temperature during most of the year. However, both residents and potential residents have been told by Camden leasing agents that the pool will be heated year round. The Camden website states that it’s supposed to be a “Heated resort-style swimming pool”, which is totally misleading to prospective and current tenants.
Camden has not honored this promise, and is instead only heating the pool during the months of January and February, while simultaneously raising rent as much as 30% to offset "improvements" and "new amenities." We believe the pool should be heated year round, as is the policy of every other building of this price point in the area.

The volume of support has now reached a point where property management can no longer ignore our formal request. I have scheduled a meeting with the Camden regional manager to present these signatures and demand a plan for consistent pool heating throughout the year.

Ridiculous. We pay way too much in rent for them to skimp on something they advertise as a resort style amenity. Fix it.
I tried to get in last week and my skin literally went numb. Total false advertising.

They want the luxury prices but refuse to keep the pool usable for more than two months. Get it together camden!
