I have spent hours this week reviewing our budget documents and the frustration is mounting as I see how little information we actually receive. Please keep posting your own questions in the comments so we can present a unified list of concerns when they finally agree to meet with us.

Seeing the growing frustration from my neighbors confirmed that this feeling of being ignored is not just in my head. This momentum shows that we all deserve a seat at the table to discuss how our neighborhood is run.

We've been living here three years and have been to two of these 'meetings' neither of which have been with full board participation. The transfer of control is not a light switch type of thing, there needs to be a plan and this topic is part of where the concerns and issues are coming from.
Want a clear answer on when will the damage to all the streets, signs ,light posts ,soil erosion in common areas. Most of this has been caused by the construction traffic.
Our neighborhood needs a say in what’s happening where we all live and raise our families.
We are not going to pay for things we don't have or that the cost is ridiculous.
With a near full neighborhood and no amenities, we should not be paying anywhere close to this. Nothing is done or repaired in a timely fashion, we have to do the leg work when a light pole breaks, no decorations are put up in a timely manner, harassed for stupid things like trash cans being out.
Please advise on next meeting.

The lack of transparency is ridiculous. Every time I ask about where our dues are actually going I get the runaround. Time for some real answers.
