Many of the residents that utilize the pool off of Calder Road in Dickinson are very dissatisfied with pool procedures and regulations. As a community, we do not feel that the lifeguards are an asset at the pool and would prefer having the lifeguards removed and being responsible for our own families. We also believe that the pool hours need to be extended drastically from the current times, 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm to 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. In addition to these requests, we also feel that there should be an extended period of time in the year that the pool is accessible to residents. There are three hot weather seasons in Texas, however, we are currently only allowed access for one of these seasons.

We each pay nearly $600.00 annually for our HOA fees and would like to have extended hourly and seasonal access to the pool without the lifeguards, which would in turn reduce HOA fees or leave more in the budget for community events to bring our residents together.

Your signature on this petition will be submitted to the Home Owners Association, Crest Management Company, to represent that we as a community are dedicated to having these changes made so the pool meets the needs of the residents rather than residents meeting the needs of the pool management.
