We are proposing a change on our campus to have sun screen dispensers installed within the Recreation Center here at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
Every hour someone dies due to skin cancer.
San Luis Obispo on average has 280 sunny days; that is 77% of the year.

I have been in contact with campus administration to discuss the logistics of installing these dispensers in the Recreation Center. It is encouraging to see the campus community engage with this concern regarding sun safety.

SLO is way too bright for me, I always forget to bring a bottle to the rec center. this would be a life saver.
got burnt so bad at the pool last week. definitely need this.
