we have worked so hard to buy these stands. from 2004 no one stopped the sell of these stands or the processing of deeds. we want justice.
The Ministry of Local Government and the Government of Zimbabwe has to protect the citizens and their rights to Land.Land Barons have to arrested.
I just want to build my house and worry about where to get the dollar to do so than to start worrying about fighting for a stand I already bought!!!!
If the developer runs out of funds to develop the area, they should come out open to us.we don't have a problem on contributing development fund as long their is proper committee management

Now that an answering affidavit has been lodged in the High Court, lets wait for our day in court. This was never supposed to happen had the Developer engaged residents in a civilized manner. We are all law abiding citizens who bought our stands legit! Aluta Continua!
