been trying to get to appointments for months and it is such a hassle. why is it so hard to get a decent bus link in this area?
its ridiculous that we have to go all the way to southgate just to get to the hospital. my mum is elderly and trying to navigate those transfers is a nightmare. please sort this out.

About time! Takes ages to get there on the 313. Should have been a direct route years ago.
