Mr. Tran is one of the best teachers I have ever had, or even the best teacher I have ever had. He is charming, funny, and very dedicated to his work, teaching students under the requirement that he will have to deal with their behaviors. Today, it is to have been said, that someone, who is yet to come out, told on Mr. Tran, for calling his students "bad kids." Imagine this whole situation in his perspective. He is a grown man, he is a teacher, he is a dad. He has a family. A wife and two kids. He lost his brother in war. Don't make it even worse. He spends the majority of his life away from his family. Doing his job. Teaching you guys. I find it especially irritating that people do not understand the frustration and stress he has to go through as a person, and that only from what he said is supposed to be used against him. It is NOT his fault that this generation is getting more dependable and getting worse as a society. It's NOT his fault that this generation is into drugs or illegal acts. It is yours. It is your responsibility. So it makes me question why you would tell on such a person like him, who, for whatever reason, still teaches you guys, because he loves teaching. If you intend to ruin what he is doing, or ruin what he enjoys doing, and what used to make him happy, I have no words for you.
Mr. Tran, if you are reading this, just know there are many people out there who care and are willing to support you. Don't let kids these days control what you feel against them, because it is not your fault. You are an inspiring and an amazing teacher, and I just want to thank you for everything you've done to help my education. #bringtran2gghs

I've learned many lessons from Mr. Tran, but more importantly he taught me how to act responsibly, how to put my all into what I do, and how to respect those who put their effort into teaching us. I'm disappointed to hear that this new generation seems so thin skinned and disrespectful. I hope his name is cleared and GGHS sees him for who he is.
mr tran is one of my favorite teachers. from the first day i was in his class, i can see that he has done so much for his students. he brought us food he told us his story. his life was already difficult enough. the students at ralston do not deserve him, please give him a job at garden grove high school.
Mr Tran is a great teacher who has always had his students best interest in mind. He constantly rewarded us for our good behavior and really appreciated our work, he stayed behind after class if we needed help and was always ready to lend a hand. There is no reason for Mr. Tran to lose his job.
I used to have Mr.Tran as a teacher and I am telling you he is a life changer. He always motivates hard work and promotes it. He inspires students to be like him and teaches no other teachers could, for this I am greatly sadddned to have heard the news for which he is being "fired." I really hope this has a made an impact on his life as he had on mine.
I had Mr Tran for math and he was a good teacher because he was so straight forward. He didn't lie or sugar coat anything. He told you what he thought and if that's a bad thing then I don't know what's what anymore.
All I can say is that three of my children had Mr. Tran while at Ralston. He is an amazing teacher. Why anyone in their right mind would complain about him; and why anyone would even take the complaint into consideration is mind baffling. Of course, the way society is today...children and people playing the "victims," and our society supporting this mindset, I am not surprised. Our schools need more teachers like Mr. Tran, kind people who CARE about their students. Mr. Tran, if you read this, our family supports you 100%. Remember, NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST YOU WILL PROSPER! God has your back! The Viveros family loves you!!!

Mr. Tran is an amazing math teacher! One if the only teachers I've had where I understood what was going on in math! We need more math teachers that know how to teach! He may seem strict but it's just because he cares about you.
