Bruce Weckworth; a one of a kind coach, leader, and role model for thousands of students and alumni of Curry College. Due to budget cuts Bruce was let go from his current positions as the varsity women’s softball head coach and the Student Athlete Recruitment & Welfare Coordinator. For those of you who have had the opportunity and pleasure to get to know Bruce over his 38 year commitment to Curry College, you could see how devoted and committed he has been to the success and prosperity of this institution. For someone who has dedicated countless hours to their work and may very well know every student who has ever stepped foot on Curry’s Milton campus, the fashion of Bruce being laid off was unjust.
