If you have ever eaten at a Rosa's Cafe & Tortilla Factory, you are one of the lucky ones that has experienced the amazing flavor of the #14...Chicken Fajita w/Queso! Rosa's started out small, with one restaurant in West Texas but has now grown to 38 locations across the state of Texas and one in California. I feel they need to spread the love a little more across the state though, as most of their locations are in the DFW and Midland / Odessa areas. I have contacted the corporate office many times with my request, but feel that if I can show them the demand, perhaps they will heed my suggestions and move their wonderful, fast-casual Mexican restaurant to one of the fastest growing cities in Texas!
