Portillo's has now expanded beyond Chicago to California, Arizona, Wisconsin, and now Florida. We think that Colorado, with a huge population of transplants from around the country, would be an ideal location for the next expansion of the famous Portillo's brand. I just saw we hit two hundred fifty signatures and honestly my stomach is growling now just thinking about that chocolate cake shake. It feels pretty surreal that so many people here are craving those cheese fries as much as I am so I guess I should probably start figuring out how to actually send this list to someone in charge.

I can practically taste those cheese fries right now and we are almost at two hundred and fifty signatures which is wild. Keep sending this link around because I really need someone to finally listen to us so I never have to look at a plane ticket just to get a chocolate cake shake again.

I was just looking at a photo of a chocolate cake shake and realized that my cravings are getting completely out of hand while I wait for some kind of sign from the corporate office. People keep messaging me about the best spots to get a beef sandwich in Denver and while some are okay they are definitely not Portillo's so I think we just have to keep being loud about this until they finally pay attention to the mountains.

Please bring Portillos to Colorado! Being born & raised in Chicago, I grew up on Potillos! So many people from Chicago here to escape the insane taxes, but still love the food from Chicago! Denver would be a awesome market for Portillos!
We are born-and-raised Chicago and we recently moved to the Colorado Springs area. There are so many transplants from the Chicago area that would LOVE to see Portillo's here in Colorado Springs; and we have multiple military bases here.
Oh man - would I be in Heaven if Portillo's came to Colorado. Grew up on it and miss it so much! We do the order and ship thing once a year - but not nearly enough to satisfy our Dog and Beef cravings. Nobody out here does it like Portillo's. We keep trying and are always disappointed!
A Portillo's in the Denver area would be a major destination spot. I'm north of Denver now, but originally from Northern Illinois (most recently DeKalb) and Portillo's was the place to go!! Please, Please, Please bring a Portillo's to the Denver Area!

From Chicago originally, been in CO since '04, went back to Chi for grad school and now back in CO as of '17. PLEASE. We've got Giordano's and now I need Portillo's please. Specifically a Chicago-dog, chocolate cake shake, and lots of crinkle fries. And probably a salad, tbh.
