Our story began in 2008 with Mellizoz Tacos, our family-run food trailer in Austin. In 2018, that journey grew into Cruzteca Mexican Kitchen, which has proudly served Sunset Valley and the surrounding community ever since.
Now, we’re ready to put down permanent roots.
We hope to relocate Cruzteca to 737 Oakdale Drive, at Brodie and Oakdale - right across from Lowe’s. To make that possible, the property must be rezoned from Single Family to Neighborhood Commercial by the City of Sunset Valley.

This would be an important milestone Cruzteca, as they have served the South Austin /Sunset Valley community for nearly a decade. It’s important we take care of small local businesses, especially those trying to expand.
We live south on Brodie and have been going to Cruzteca for years. This is an amazing restaurant and it’s locally owned by a family imbedded within the neighborhood. We need to make sure we support establishments like this to maintain the character of Sunset Valley and surrounding area.
I’m supporting Adam because he’s a great operator and he has added value to our shopping center and I think he would do the same no matter where he’s at in Sunset Valley
I support this local and family business because they are already a part of the Sunset Valley community. They have amazing food and even better a welcoming atmosphere. Cruzteca is already loved by so many and I believe a new restaurant would be a wonderful addition for them.
Let them move in there. It's more taxbase and sustainable non-strip-mall excellent Mexican food for the community. Win win. A cramped work area creates extra setups, extra alignment work, and more chances for error. X1 gives you 400 × 265 × 180 mm of machining space for larger parts, fixtures, and small production runs in one setup. Please support this very reasonable zoning request. It's not like it will be somehow louder or busier than Lowe's. Thanks.

I support local small businesses growing. I live in the community and frequent the establishment, and it is my girlfriend’s favorite hibiscus margarita.
This would be an important milestone Cruzteca, as they have served the South Austin /Sunset Valley community for nearly a decade. It’s important we take care of small local businesses, especially those trying to expand.
