We, the students, parents, and community members, respectfully ask for the reinstatement of Mr. James Rippy as a teacher at our school.
Mr. Rippy wasn’t just a teacher—he was a mentor, a friend, and a role model. Known for his humor and engaging teaching style, he made learning history and other subjects not only enjoyable but memorable. Mr. Rippy went beyond the curriculum to connect with students, helping us understand both the material and the bigger life lessons.
Removing Mr. Rippy means losing a teacher who truly cared about each of his students’ success and well-being. We believe his dedication and positive impact are invaluable to our school, and we strongly urge the administration to reconsider his dismissal.
Please sign this petition if you believe Mr. Rippy deserves to stay as an essential part of our educational community!
The school administration has not responded to our requests for a meeting yet. Please call the principal today and demand they address the reasons for Mr. Rippy’s abrupt removal.

The administration cannot ignore this momentum any longer. Text three friends right now and tell them to add their names to this fight. We keep pushing until we get answers.

My son loved his class. He was always so excited to tell me about what he learned in class.

Coach Rippy/Mr. Rippy was one of the best coaches and teachers I’ve ever had. He was always engaging with students, keeping us motivated when we had a bad season in football, even though it was his FIRST YEAR coaching. He just started his career, take him back and let him do his job, his career and what he wanted to do.

He was a teacher for the students. He taught us how to learn in his class while also throwing in fun things. You walked into his class and there was students art work and notes from him all over his wall. He also had a fun but still teacher like relationship with students allowing us to learn and not dread school at the same time.

He was a good teacher for me and taught us well and was very engaging in his lessons, in my opinion he could be a little more of a controlled person but i think he should be forgiven some for his young age and he is learning to teach
