With the NBA Houston Rockets new owner Tilman Fertitta said he's interested in bringing an NHL team to Houston, we were excited. We would like any hockey Back In Houston whether it's NHL,AHL,ECHL, or SPHL. The Toyota Center is a suitable arena for hockey and Tilman Fertitta wants the building filled up everyday and a hockey team Returning to Houston will Help that. Houston has a rich Hockey history with the USHL Houston Skippers/Huskies, the CHL Houston Apollos, the WHA Houston Aeros, & IHL/AHL Houston Aeros.Houston has northern transplants that support hockey and The city loved the Aeros.
