This petition is formed by the parents of the RMSC Germantown Advanced Seniors swim team to protest the dismissal of Ryan Yuen as coach. The persons signing this petition are in agreement that Ryan Yuen should be reinstated as the coach immediately. His dedication, positive attitude and commitment to the teams improvement is evident by the overwhelming response from the parents and especially the young athletes he has worked with. This would be a detriment to these wonderful kids who sacrifice much to swim at this level and have such a high regard for Ryan as a person and as a coach.

Ryan has had a tremendous positive influence on my little brothers over the years, and the impact he's had on them as a coach, mentor and friend is unparalleled. Good luck finding a coach more passionate about the kids, their families, and the sport -- Ryan really truly has it all.
Out of the 82 coaches at RMSC, they fired the best one! Ryan is not replaceable! He is far beyond just a coach, but a role model to many. Yes, he is hard on the kids, but isn't that what the sport is about? He pushes the kids to reach their highest abilities and make the impossibles possible!
One of the funniest and best coaches I have ever met. I truly believe his group will suffer greatly without him. RMSC is about the swimmers, but this sudden dismissal shows no signs that we are a team who cares about the welfare of each individual participant.
Ryan was a huge and positive role model for Tess. Because of Ryan she has achieved a level of swimming that she might not have otherwise aspired to. He is the best coach she has ever had. Please reinstate him!
We need our Coach Ryan back. Because he has been such a positive impact on my kids life. My son respects him as a brother. He has declined moving to and advanced team 2 years in a row because of the huge improvements that my son has achieved under Ryan's coaching. Please reconsider and bring him back to RMSC Germantown
This is the same coach that had inappropriate contact with that 14 year old girl!? Why would you ever petition to bring him back. Absolutely disgusting human.

To RMSC Management, we shall not be ignored and satisfied with the reason for the dismissal as being "administrative" action. Swimmers and parents are part of RMSC family and we request transparency on serious action that impacts us all.
