Ryan is such a great coach. Although i don't swim for his group he still played a big part in my swimming career. No matter how you do in a race and no matter who you are he would always tell us we did a good job after our race. He is funny and he has such a positive attitude. #bringryanback

I truly do disagree with the dismissal of coah Ryan. The department, or club may have their own reasons, but they seemed to be unreasonable to many other indivisuals that have truly been affected positively from coah Ryan. He might not have ever been the coach of the certain group I swin in, but I believe that we are a team, and you have the motivations, and pride from all coaches no matter what group. This can be represented by Ryan, by the fact that he is always out there for me, and other swimmers. He can always seem to out a smile on me even in my bad times, and he will always help you be not only a better swimmer, but a better person. If the voice of this many people have proclaimed the benefits they receive with coach Ryan, than you can only realize how many people are being brought down from the dismissal of him. I believe the righteous thing to do, is to rehire him. He deserves a second chance, and we all want to have Ryan back!

Really? Dismissing a great coach for no reason? Not even a warning? Why? Because he's asian? Same with coach johnny, eh????
If you really need to dismiss somebody, dismiss curtis. Once, somebody told him that his arm hurt too much to swim. Curtis told him to suck it up, wouldn't let him sit out. Turns out his arm was broken. Why not fire him, huh?? Oh right, he's white.

Ryan is an excellent coach. He is doing a great job with the children in his group. At the Turkey Claus meet, he was the coach on deck for the night and was giving helpful tips to my son even though my son is not in his group. I most definitely would like to see Ryan continuing his coaching career at Germantown RMSC. He is a wonderful coach.

Ryan is a great coach with a very friendly personality. He is a great asset to Germantown RMSC. We can't afford to lose a great coach like him.
