We, the undersigned, hereby petition that Jenni Halem be rehired by the Clarksburg Village HOA to be our head coach for the Clarksburg Village Vikings Swim Team.
Since the Vikings are our community swim team, the petition can be signed by any resident of Clarksburg Village whether you have a child on the swim team or not. In the ‘comment’ box, please enter your street address in Clarksburg Village. Your address is just to show the HOA that you are a resident.

I have spent my mornings reading your comments and I am taken aback by how many families share our frustration over losing Coach Jenni. My own kids are still asking when they will see her on the pool deck again. I am currently compiling all your neighborhood addresses to present a formal request to the HOA board.

Watching this level of support grow for Coach Jenni feels overwhelming because I know exactly how much she has done for our kids. Seeing the neighborhood come together like this proves just how much she belongs on our pool deck.

12803 Winding Ridge Dr. Jenni is great with the kids and really cares about the team. The HOA needs to stop messing with stuff that is not broken and bring her back!
Jenni is amazing. She was the most motivating and inspiring swim coach my girls have ever seen. They became much more confident swimmers (and people) because of coach Jenni!
This is the first year our son is on the swim team and he has grown leaps & bounds since his first practice. He has also realized that swimming is his favorite sport to be involved in, and wants to become better at it. His drive and his love of swimming is all thanks to the coaches and swimmers, most especially Head Coach Jenni. She has set a very warm and motivating environment for all her swimmers and fellow coaches, and it shows in their camraderie and driving of results. She is an amazing leader and supporter. We sincerely hope her contract gets renewed as she is an amazing asset to the team.

Coach Jenni is the best head coach our team could have! She is wonderful with the kids and is always supportive and giving good feedback to them. She is a very dedicated coach who would do anything for her team!
