Our now former Chief of police was released from duty and the residents of Merkel are requesting to have him back in office as our chief of police. He is a kind understanding person who not only upheld the law, but also went out of his way off duty to help anyone who needed help. Please hear our request and bring back a BIG part of Merkel.
